Yes, thank you. I was going to chime in with 'Me' from MAMU since he killed his own uncle in cold blood, using lessons taught by the uncle, for just a bag of gold.
But that guy in Mexicali has to be close behind.

And we've never figured out what the character in Sugaree got up to, or why nobody better admit knowing him.
Also, though we're supposed to sympathize with the poor fellow run out in the cold rain and snow, there's menace in the "fateful tune" the wife is singing up in her room, and in very early versions, she went up to her room "where she met her fatal doom" implying he killed her.

Merle Haggard gets credit for the original but as a GD character the narrator of "Mama Tried" is a right bastard. "No one could steer me right..."
Uncle Sam acts badly in "US Blues"...."Run your life/steal your wife"
